QLED WALL GUARD

Die-cast aluminium housing. The modular design simplifies installation, replacement and maintenance.

1. Housing.
   A 100 μm corrosion-resistant polyester powder coating.
   Meets a 1,000-hour salt-spray test to ASTM B117 / ISO 9227:2012.
   Standard colours: grey and black.

2. Finish.
   Each PCB has a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) to protect the LEDs against voltage transients induced by lightning and other events.
   The highly uniform LED optics use durable optical polycarbonate that resists impact and UV exposure. A metal plate gives the LED light engine additional protection and extends the service life of the optics.

Every LED module is fully tested before assembly and is rated IP67.
