QLED WALL GUARD

Die-cast aluminum housing. Modular design allows for easy installation, replacement and maintenance.

1. Housing.
   Corrosion resistant 100μm thick polyester powder coating.
   Meets 1000 hour salt spray certification to ASTM B117/ ISO 9227:2012.
   Standard colors: Grey and Black.

2. Finish.
   Each PCB is mounted with a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) to protect the LEDs from transient voltage
   LEDs from lightning-induced voltage transients and other transient voltage events.
   The high-uniformity LED optics are constructed of durable optical polycarbonate that is
   impact and UV resistant. The metal plate provides double protection for the LED light engine and extends the life of the LED optics.
