The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Soluciones QuimNetSur S.L. (commercial brand Quimiled), Tax ID B21466784, with registered address at Polígono Industrial La Barca, C/F, nave 6, 21450 Cartaya (Huelva) and contact email info@quimiled.com.
You may contact this email address for any matter relating to the protection of your personal data.
2. Data we process and its source
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the site's forms:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, company and the content of your message.
- Technical datasheet request form: name, email, company and phone, together with the product you request information about.
We do not collect special categories of data. Data always comes from the data subject.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to handle your enquiry or request, prepare the requested quote or advice, send you the technical documentation you ask for and maintain the commercial contact arising from your request.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form, as well as the legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in responding to requests and managing the commercial relationship. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship or interest in our products continues and you do not request its deletion. Once the relationship ends, we keep it duly blocked for the legally required periods (commercial, tax and liability limitation), after which it is securely deleted.
6. Recipients and data processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the website service we work with providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:
- Hosting and website infrastructure provider.
- Cloudflare, Inc., for generating the technical datasheets as PDF.
- Email provider to manage communications.
- Fathom Analytics, a web analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect identifiable personal data.
The contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map; loading it may involve connecting to that provider's servers.
7. International transfers
Some of our technology providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@quimiled.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Automated decisions and security measures
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with your data. We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure data security and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
