One-Year Warranty
Our industrial-use products are warranted for one year from the date of sale against any manufacturing defect, provided they are handled by qualified professionals, in accordance with current regulations and used under normal conditions.
What It Covers
The warranty covers the replacement of defective material at no cost to the buyer. Only manufacturing defects are covered, subject to prior acceptance of the defect by our Technical Department.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Defects caused by installation, electrical supply, or external causes (power surges, storms, water, fire, impacts, or drops).
- Handling or improper use by personnel not authorized by Quimiled.
- Damage caused by adverse weather conditions or other events of force majeure.
Returns
Products may be returned within a maximum of 30 days from delivery, perfectly packed, complete, and in their original packaging. We arrange the collection and, once verified, we refund the amount within 15 days. Custom-made products are excluded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defective Product
We process every claim within 24/48 hours, arrange the collection and, after inspection by our technicians, repair or replace the product.
Transit Damage
If you notice damage when receiving the goods, note it on the carrier's delivery note and report it to us within a maximum of 24 hours, attaching photographs of the damaged material.
